1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

8 Intellectual Property

10 Responsible Gaming

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, money88 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the PKR wallet pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after all applicable verification requirements have been met.

12 Privacy and Data Protection
